Contract out for signature to Counties

PHASE 7 – November 1, 2026
Internal Documentation completed to begin funds transfer. Once Contracts signed and returned notification to complete: Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT), Purchase Order (PO), and quotes to KYEM Area Offices and Grant Manager

Funds Advanced to Counties No Later Than (NLT) 2 weeks after documentation on phase 7 completed. 

Purchases must be made within fifteen (15) days of the receipt of the grant funds and shall provide a copy of all paid invoices as well as proof of payment, (canceled check, cash paid receipt, or similar document), within ninety (90) days of the receipt of the grant funds. 

PHASE 8 – May 1, 2027 
Completion of the scope of work, tag equipment, and audit.
