The course content and activities may also serve as a template for enhancing uniformity in addressing areas of donated unsolicited goods, unaffiliated volunteers, and undesignated cash. This training also provides information regarding the state's volunteer and donations management responsibilities, which are designed to help build relationships between government and non-governmental organizations.<b> </b></p><p align="center"><b>Student Criteria</b></p><p>The intended audiences are federal, state, tribal, territorial, local level, business and non-governmental emergency management personnel who may be designed to develop an effective public education and information structure to support the successful management of unaffiliated volunteers, unsolicited goods, and undesignated cash donations in disasters.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p align="center"><b>Special Notes</b></p><p>Advance student registration is required and must be received by <b>June 19, 2026</b>. You are considered accepted as a student in this class upon receipt of your application. Students will be notified if the course is canceled.
